    • General Instructions

In this learning activity, based on the characteristics you have selected in the M3L1 activity, you will prepare a plan proposal/plan for a COPC intervention.

Note: This activity is linked to the case scenario you would have selected in Module 3, Lesson 1.)

      Step 1: Review

Review this learning resource to create a proposal for a COPC intervention for the case scenario you selected in Module 3, Lesson 1                         (Dengue outbreak in the rural community OR HPV vaccination in a school population).

      Step 2: Respond

Prepare a COPC intervention plan of 400-500 words. Ensure that your plan includes the following key points:

      • To start, create a plan by identifying the following:
        • What is the problem/need?
        • How will the intervention address the problem?
        • Who will the outcomes benefit?
      • Then, justify your intervention:
        • Why is it important to address the problem?
        • How is the current situation inadequately addressed?
        • What makes your intervention necessary and beneficial?
        • What evidence do you have to support your intervention?
      • Continue with your plan of action:
        • What are the specific methods involved, and who will be responsible?
        • How do the methods address the outcomes?
        • Provide a short summary of the expected timeline

      Step 3: Share
