      Prepare a 250-300 reflection which answers the following key questions:

      • What common barriers to effective referral to treatment have you observed in your setting/practice?
      • How have you responded to these barriers?
      • What facilitators for referral to treatment have you observed in your setting/practice?
      • What measures can be used/have you used to help overcome barriers to treatments?
