Prepare a 300-450 word piece of writing which answers the following key questions based on your practice/clinical setting: 

• What are contextual factors which will influence the implementation of SBIRT?
• What do you think might be some possible obstacles and facilitators to implementing SBIRT in your clinic?
• What are the general benefits of implementing SBIRT in the health care setting?
