Prepare a 250-300 word piece discussing the differences between prokaryote and eukaryote cells. Your response should address the following points: 

• How does the structure of prokaryotes differ from eukaryotes?
• How does the difference in structure account for varying functions between prokaryotes and eukaryotes?
