- Identify areas of somatic dysfunction.
- Document all findings accurately in the patient chart, including:
1. Tenderness, asymmetry, restriction of motion, and/or tissue texture changes (TART) findings
2. Specific somatic dysfunctions
3. Spinal curves or postural influences
